Mr. K.D. Shreedhar is the Founder and Managing Partner of THE LEGALIS, a legal services firm based in Himachal Pradesh. With active legal practice spanning over 40 years, Mr. Shreedhar has acted in a broad spectrum of legal matters, including constitutional law, service law, as well as commercial and contractual disputes. His notable clients include organizations such as NHPC, NTPC, NHAI , GMR, Wipro, SJVNL, Greenko, H.P. State Civil Supplies Corporation, HPSEB, H.P. State Pollution Control Board, Cement Corporation of India, Continental Construction Limited ,CFJV, Longjian Road & Bridge Co. Ltd, Aditya Birla, SSJV ,Nuziveedu Seeds Limited ( NSL ), STATKRAFT, Kangra Central Cooperative Bank, MMU, HPU , Abhilashi University,Arni University, IEC and various private educational institutes in the state . Additionally, Mr. Shreedhar has been engaged to represent the Government of Himachal Pradesh on several complex-technical matters.
