Nipun Saxena
Mr. Saxena is practicing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He regularly appears in High Courts and other Judicial and Quasi-Judicial Tribunals. On the Civil side, Mr. Saxena’s practice encompasses a wide array of legal disciplines, including real estate, company law, security transactions, joint Hindu family matters, public and private trusts, registered societies, and customs and excise. On the Criminal side, he has represented clients in cases involving special legislations, including the Anti-Dacoity Act, Prevention of Corruption Act, CBI investigations, NDPS Act, Money Laundering, the Official Secrets Act, and various provisions of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
