He is practicing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He regularly appears in High Courts and other Judicial and Quasi-Judicial Tribunals, providing expert legal representation across a broad spectrum of legal matters. Having apprenticed under the Additional Solicitor General of India in matters pertaining to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the National Investigation Agency (NIA), Mr. Saxena has had the privilege of assisting in several high-profile cases. On the Civil side, Mr. Saxena’s practice encompasses a wide array of legal disciplines, including real estate, company law, security transactions, joint Hindu family matters, public and private trusts, registered societies, and customs and excise. He also demonstrates expertise in International Investment Arbitration, Digital and Technology Laws, as well as Data Protection and Privacy issues. On the Criminal side, he has represented clients in cases involving special legislations, including the Anti-Dacoity Act, Prevention of Corruption Act, CBI investigations, NDPS Act, Money Laundering, the Official Secrets Act, and various provisions of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
